Balms:

Scoop a pea sized amount with a spatula, rub between your fingers, then apply onto clean skin.

Oils:

Apply a generous amount to body.

Keep it in a cool and dry place away from direct heat and sunlight as the body butter might melt in hot conditions. Use a spoon to scoop out the product. Do not dip your fingers into the product.
